Connect RepairStream to QuickBooks
RepairStream is an iOS app, so connecting QuickBooks is done from your iPhone or iPad rather than from this website. It takes about a minute.
Before you start
- Install RepairStream on your iPhone or iPad.
- Sign in as the shop owner. Connecting QuickBooks is owner-only — team members won’t see the option.
- Have your QuickBooks Online sign-in details to hand.
Steps
- Open the RepairStream app.
- Tap Operations in the bottom tab bar.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll to Integrations.
- Find QuickBooks and tap Connect.
- Sign in to Intuit in the secure browser window that opens, choose the QuickBooks company you want to connect, and approve access.
- You’ll be returned to RepairStream, and the QuickBooks row will show as Connected.
After connecting
New customers and invoices sync to QuickBooks Online from that point on. To push everything you already have, tap Sync All Data under the QuickBooks row.
If the row shows Setup Incomplete rather than Connected, RepairStream is authorized but online payments are switched off in your QuickBooks account preferences. Sync still works; turn payments on in QuickBooks if you want customers to pay invoices through it.
Trouble connecting?
- Make sure you’re signed in to RepairStream as the shop owner.
- If the browser window closes without returning to the app, tap Connect again — nothing is changed until you approve access at Intuit.
